The Panama Fitness Retreat will offer a week full of fitness and adventure! It is unique in that it is not one lane. We will offer yoga, meditation, boxing, boot camps, and hikes all week!
These will be daily classes, plus hands-on fitness/wellness workshops. SUP and salsa lesson included!
There will be free time in between workouts to explore the local town and have great adventures. Meals and beach lodging also included.
Join us in Panama, and come challenge yourself in fitness, and step outside of your comfort zone, while exploring a new beautiful landscape on the beach. We welcome all ages, genders, and fitness levels to join the retreat. The aim is to build a community around fitness and realize your own potential. Travel and fitness are the perfect marriage.
Guests will be staying in double occupancy beach cabanas, and will enjoy delicious seafood, vegetarian, and vegan meals 3 times daily. They will start and end each day with mindful mediation or yoga practice. Hands on guidance will be given during class, and one on one wellness coaching will be provided by Stephanie. The group will be encouraged to connect with one another, through group fitness classes and also through fun guided discussions. We will work hard, with 3 classes daily, but will definitely have time to enjoy the beach views and local town.

We welcome diversity in every way, no matter how fit you are or aren’t; or how many passports stamps you have, or don’t. Travel Slay Fitness focuses on health, targets the all-around athlete and fitness addict, as well as those new to fitness and up for a new journey!
Stephanie is a fitness and wellness coach, certified yoga, meditation, and spin instructor, an avid adventure seeker, and self-proclaimed fitness junkie.Travel Slay was born from her colliding passions for travel and fitness.

Stephanie has been to 20 countries, and counting! She’s currently based in Los Angeles, but has lived abroad in Costa Rica, Spain, and India. She wants to make people feel motivated to make fitness a priority, and make travel a habit.
